И самое очень важное - нам никому не дают свиданий с ним, не позволяют никаких передач! Адвокат говорит, что может быть такое, что суд будет закрытым и БЕЗ ПОТЕРПЕВШЕЙ! Как такое может быть??? "Потерпевшая" не отрицает что она проститутка и в милицейской базе также числится! Но адвокат говорит, что в суде это не будет произноситься, что не будет суда присяжных! ( тк это не предусмотрено статьей, типа отменили??)
